Wow I cannot believe that we are now in October, time seems to be passing me by. I had slept with the alarm clock on the next pillow, I was determined that I would get up, even though most Saturdays pass me by as a blur or a muddled haze!
I was looking forward to today because I was meeting a new M.E friend. Nicky and I had joined the same M.E group on facebook. Nicky and her partner come to Machynlleth every 6 weeks so we decided to meet up.
I was a bit nervous, but I shouldn't of been, we had a lovely chat, talked about how this awful illness affects us, some bits got quite emotional, but I think the meeting did us both and Nicky's partner good. Hopefully we will see each other next time they come to Machynlleth.
It felt so good to be out in the sunshine, so I rang another friend and we decided to go and watch the local football team, was good fun and they won 4-0.
Even though I love the sun, it drains my energy and I end up looking like a melting ice pop!
So after football I came back to the flat and slept.
I am so thirsty all the time I could permanently be drinking, the fizzier and colder the better, with all this horrible sweating I should be thin!
I have recorded X factor, I can't watch programmes for that length of time, so I watch it in bits and cut out all the adverts, think its the best way really.
Well I'm so tired and I have another day of doing things tomorrow which I'm looking forward too so I need to go to bed.
